Finance Director – planning the business at a strategic level c. 3 years ahead:
- Working with the Board to develop the overall strategy for the business
- Develop financial forecasts in accordance with the strategy
- Establish the various financial / funding requirements e.g. equity / debt
- Prepare documentation to prospective investors / lenders and arrange appropriate funding
- Establish budgets and budgetary control systems
Financial Controller – operational management and forecasts 3-6 months ahead:
- Oversee and complete production of monthly management accounts
- Establish and monitor control systems / control accounts
- Variance analysis and operational budgetary control
Book Keepers – accurate and timely data input:
- Sales invoices – preparation / entry
- Payroll preparation & entry
- Job Costing System data entry
