Arne Tödt

Arne has 15 years of experience in corporate finance advising a wide range of companies from small size to multinational corporations mainly in Germany with a focus on the TMT-sector.  Arne has worked on a diversity of transactions including buy and sale side m&a assignments, public and private fund raisings. In recent years Arne has successfully advised various owners of German privately held digital marketing agencies on the cross-border disposal of their business.

Arne started his career with Dresdner Bank where he trained as a corporate banker. In 1997 he joined Commerzbank investment banking working as project manager on various m&a and equity capital markets assignments for mainly midcap companies. In 2000 he joined the German investment banking team of Lehman Brothers in London during which time he was continuing to manage corporate finance transaction but then more for multinational corporate clients. In 2003 Arne co-founded ARTHOS Corporate Finance in Munich offering his international corporate finance expertise to small and midsize corporate clients. During the past 3 years Arne focused on sale side assignments for digital marketing agencies.

Arne holds an MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann) degree from Frankfurt University and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Münster University.
