Senior Consultant - Conduit Corporate Finance

Mark Seabright joined Results in 2008 to head up our Conduit Corporate Finance division.

Mark has been working with Marketing Services businesses for fifteen years, ten of which were with Chime Communications, whom he joined as Group Financial Controller before later becoming Finance Director for the Bell Pottinger brand.

For the last five years he has been working with smaller independent agencies, providing advice, support and consulting on  the full range of issues leading up to, and following, M&A transactions.

His experience in the sector includes Stock Exchange main market listing, startups, acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s, fundraising and preparation for sale.
