Corporate Finance Manager

Hemavli joined Results from Ernst & Young where she worked in corporate finance since January 2005. During this time Hemavli worked on a variety of transactions, providing valuation and business modelling services, performing due diligence, and working on restructurings, mergers and acquisitions. Hemavli has broad sector experience, having worked for a variety of corporate and Private Equity clients and on a variety of high profile deals. Prior to EY, Hemavli spent four years in banking and analytical roles working at Nomura International plc and Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets.

Hemavli is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

In her spare time she enjoys painting, dancing, travelling and is a black belt in the martial art Choi Kwang-do.
